I had the absolute pleasure to work with Mike to buy my very first house. I started the process about a year ago, and Mike patiently went with me to about 10 different houses throughout the year. It didn’t matter what time or day it was, he ALWAYS made himself available to go show me a house. I finally found “the one” at the end of January. Mike had told me that there were already offers on the table, so if I wanted this house, we needed to act fast. That was when it became reality to me that I could actually be buying this house! Mike recommended what we offer for price and earnest money deposit. Good thing I took his advise... I found out that night that my offer was accepted, contingent we pushed through in 15 days. It was a full team effort with my lender and Mike, but we got the darn thing done! I am now happy to say I am a homeowner! It's hard to list all of the things that made our experience working with Mike so great! My fiancé and I relocated to Reno a few months ago and got linked up with Mike to help us find a home here. We knew very little about the area and what part of town best suited our little family. Mike helped us every step of the way and took lots of extra time to help us get to know the area so we knew exactly where we wanted to be. After quite a bit of looking we found a house we thought was perfect. Unfortunately that house ended up having some major issues that came up during inspection. Mike advised us to not go through with that house and it ended up being the right choice. Soon after we found the house that we ended up purchasing and couldn't be happier!
